Just returned from the Young Living Convention and had an amazing time! I haven’t attended in person since before Covid and am so glad I went!
There is much to share with you but because it is almost the end of July, I will focus on two new products that I have been enjoying daily! The balance of my Convention order was shipped and is on its way!
New YL Supplement!A product I was especially drawn to is the YL Inner Boost and Balance Stick Packs. The focus of this product is to fill in nutritional gaps, supporting healthy skin aging, cognitive function and energy levels. It may reduce oxidative stress and helps to support a positive outlook and as we know, “Mindset is everything”!
It’s a simple and delicious way to boost your best self from the inside out! The stick packs are easy to throw in your purse or gym bag for on those “on the go” days. I tried it with 8 oz. of water and found the flavor of the Blood orange extract to be enjoyable. I also added my NingXia Red to it one morning and liked that as well. One can also add their Inner Beauty collagen to it for an additional boost to skin, hair and nails. It’s very versatile and something I will continue to use on a regular basis.
The magnesium is from seawater, so there are trace minerals as well. The B-complex vitamins come from dry organic quinoa sprouts, and this formula also has Vitamin E, K2, A and Vitamin D.

Over the years people have asked me what my favorite YL supplement is. It is truly hard to decide because they have so many great products that help so many body systems.
In pondering it, I have to say there is one product that I have been taking since it’s inception and would not want to be without.
For many years Young Living Lavender oil has been my favorite “go to” oil for so many uses and have written about it numerous times. It was the very first oil I purchased from Young Living back in 1995 and have been using it ever since.
I have also used it as a natural deodorant. Just a drop or two under my arms has been very effective as well as smelling great! Not only a lovely scent, but a great chemical free alternative, mood enhancer and balancer as well. That aroma has been documented to improve concentration and mental acuity.
