
This month is exploding with so many flowers and amazing scents! In New Hampshire we went from winter storms to quickly shifting into spring… and then in full bloom colors like summer! Many of the flowers are early this year!

Over the years people have asked me what my favorite YL supplement is. It is truly hard to decide because they have so many great products that help so many body systems.
In pondering it, I have to say there is one product that I have been taking since it’s inception and would not want to be without.

For many years Young Living Lavender oil has been my favorite “go to” oil for so many uses and have written about it numerous times. It was the very first oil I purchased from Young Living back in 1995 and have been using it ever since.
I have also used it as a natural deodorant. Just a drop or two under my arms has been very effective as well as smelling great! Not only a lovely scent, but a great chemical free alternative, mood enhancer and balancer as well. That aroma has been documented to improve concentration and mental acuity.

Valentine’s day isn’t just for lovebirds. It’s also a special reminder that love matters! In fact, it matters so much that Valentine’s Day could be every day!
I don’t know about you, but for me, this has become even more clear over the last couple of years. At a core level, people want to be loved, accepted, and know that they matter. There are so many simple things we can do all year round to let others know we care and that they are special!

In pondering my January newsletter, I was thinking what is the best information to serve my “oily family!” On one hand I wanted to jump into all the spiritual aspects that come with a New Year, and new beginnings.
On the other hand, it is still so very important to focus on our wellness and immune system. The dramatic temperature changes, additional sugar consumption during the holidays, and family gatherings, as well as increased electromagnetic exposure can all have an impact and stress us physically and emotionally. I have also noticed an increase in the environmental pollution and can see it in haziness of the sky. This can affect our sinus and respiratory systems.
